The Box Breathing technique

BOX BREATHING : (4/4 TECHNIQUE)    The Box Breathing (or) the 4/4 breathing technique is practised by U.S navy seals to calm their minds during a stressful and difficult situations . Steps to do it: Step 1 : First empty your lungs as empty as possible. Step 2 : Now slowly inhale for four seconds. Step 3 : Then Hold your breath for the next four seconds before exhaling. Step 4 : Now Exhale for the next four seconds slowly.
