The Box Breathing technique

BOX BREATHING : (4/4 TECHNIQUE)

   The Box Breathing (or) the 4/4 breathing technique is practised by U.S navy seals to calm their minds during a stressful and difficult situations .

Steps to do it:
Step 1 : First empty your lungs as empty as possible.
Step 2 : Now slowly inhale for four seconds.
Step 3 : Then Hold your breath for the next four seconds before exhaling.
Step 4 : Now Exhale for the next four seconds slowly.
Step 5 : Hold your breath for about another 4 seconds before inhaling.

         Practise this steps during your free time in order to master it , it may seems like difficult through the starting but once you start practicing it will become lot and lot easier and it will helps you to calm your mind during any situations.
